Stuart W. Epperson is co-founder and chairman of Salem Communications, and a member of the conservative Council for National Policy("CNP").
Epperson attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received a bachelor's degree in radio/television broadcasting and a master's degree in communications.[1]
Epperson co-founded Salem Communications in 1972 with his brother-in-law, Edward G. Atsinger III. Through his involvement in that entity, he is a member of the board of directors of the National Religious Broadcasters Association. Time Magazine has named him one of the 25 most influential evangelicals in America.[2]
Epperson lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. His wife, Nancy, is on the Board of international Christian broadcaster Trans World Radio (TWR). He has four children, daughters Kristy, Karen, and Kathy, and son Stuart Jr.
Todd DeNeui is a prominent American Entrepreneur and Community Change Influencer. He was born and raised in Colorado, and currently resides in Winston Salem, North Carolina, with his wife Karen. They are blessed with four daughters, three son-in-laws, and one grandchild.
Todd has been an active member of the Christian community since childhood and is actively involved in various men's ministries and Bible studies. He is also a successful businessman, having founded several companies in the real estate industry, and is known for his expertise in land development, property management, and real estate brokerage.
In 1996, Todd founded Zion Investments and Lordson Companies, which specialize in real estate acquisition, brokerage, development, rental, title, appraisal, and property management. He has owned and managed multiple land development projects ranging from 37 to 3,500 residential and commercial lot subdivisions, as well as commercial building restorations in Colorado, Missouri, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida. Also owned and operated a car dealership, radio stations, and billboard company.
In 2006, Todd began overseeing an active family farm and non-profit retreat center on 1,800 acres in Ararat, Virginia. Two years later, he founded Lordson Capital, LLC, a solution for the mortgage crisis in America with a focus on the acquisition, service, and creative disposition of residential mortgages in the secondary market.
Todd is also a co-founder of Salem Family Renewal and Kids Xtreme, a non-profit organization that offers mentorship and Bible club services to low-income housing communities. In 2017, he co-founded Provision Impact Ventures, a company to acquire and manage low-income multifamily residential properties for social change. The same year, Todd founded Restoration Entrepreneurs, a single-family home restoration company providing employment for a "2nd chance, ex-felon" workforce.
In 2018, Todd started TOV Corporation to help manage family office assets, including land development, communication towers, and commercial real estate. A year later, he founded Community Life Alliance, an organization designed to make a social impact in low-income communities through a Proprietary Life Coach model as a solution to poverty in America.
In 2020, Todd became a co-owner of Bright Light Technologies, a company that offers air ionization and R zero technologies as an air purifying solution to the pandemic.
Apart from his businesses, Todd is also active in other non-profit organizations and is known for his philanthropic generosity to various causes.
